Paula Andrea Ramírez has a PhD in Criminal Law from the University of Salamanca, where she won the extraordinary prize for the best doctoral thesis. His training includes a Master's Degree in Political Studies and a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Criminal Law. He has studied leadership and innovation programs at prestigious universities such as Georgetown, Oxford, and MIT.
She is currently director of the Master's Degree in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at the Catholic University of Colombia. In addition, she is a consultant at the International Center for Corporate and Economic Law (CIDCE).
She has been a speaker and guest professor at multiple universities and has published numerous books on criminal law, compliance and human rights. Her career also includes relevant positions as Deputy Attorney General to the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia, and advisor to the Attorney General. Throughout his career, he has received multiple national and international awards for his work in criminal justice, economic crimes and transnational organized crime.
